Bethany is known for her attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to efficiently organize large amounts of information to support persuasive legal arguments. Whether drafting motions, advocating in the courtroom, or negotiating settlements, she approaches every case with a balance of diplomacy and unrelenting passion.
Bethany graduated cum laude from Baylor Law School. While there, she served on the editorial board of the Baylor Law Review and authored an article, later selected for publication, that examined the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment. She also served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), a volunteer advocacy program for abused or neglected children. Before attending law school, Bethany lived in Madrid, Spain, where she taught English as a second language to students ranging from toddlers to teenagers. This experience honed her communication skills, adaptability, and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds — traits that now serve her well in effectively representing her clients. Bethany received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of Florida, where she was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority and Equestrian Team.
Bethany is passionate about guiding her clients through the litigation process, ensuring they are informed, prepared, and positioned for success.
Outside the Office
When she’s not advocating for her clients, Bethany enjoys spending time with her husband, Tyler, a fellow Baylor Law graduate. Together, they share their home with their four beloved pets — a lively German Shorthaired Pointer, a tri-pawed rescue cat, and two sister “foster fail” kittens. A Florida native, Bethany feels most at home on the water and soaking up the sunshine. She loves kayaking, hiking, and horseback riding. Bethany unwinds by getting lost in a good book, brushing up on her Spanish, or working on her latest needlepoint project. Bethany and her husband love catching live music in and around Austin and taking day trips to discover the charm of small Texas towns — always on the lookout for great food, unique shops, and hidden gems along the way.
