Weisbart Springer has the advantage of an on-site, state-of-the-art courtroom for use in trial preparation, private trials and arbitrations. The 532-square-foot space is a valuable tool for the firm’s growing private trial docket and as a setting for the firm’s developing practice in mediations and arbitrations. The courtroom – one of few such firm-based facilities in central Texas – allows attorneys to conduct trials with a private judge, handle arbitrations in a courtroom setting, and prepare for trial. Weisbart Springer’s courtroom also allows its attorneys to observe and record focus groups and mock juries, and test themes, evidence and strategies in advance of trial.
The courtroom is also available for rental to other firms, private judges and arbitrators wanting to conduct private trials and arbitrations in a confidential courtroom setting.
