Firm Marks Largest-Ever Group of Honorees in 2025 Texas Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

By Weisbart Springer

Eight WSSH attorneys have been recognized in the 2025 editions of Texas Super Lawyers and Texas Rising Stars, published by Thomson Reuters – the largest class of honorees in the firm’s history. Notably, all four of the firm’s name partners are among this year’s selections.

Three name partners — Geoffrey D. Weisbart, honored for business litigation; Julie Ann Springer, recognized for employment litigation: defense; and Mia A. Storm, honored for business litigation – earned placement in Texas Super Lawyers for their work in high-stakes business and employment matters. Danielle K. Hatchitt, also a name partner, was selected to Texas Rising Stars for her achievements in business litigation and employment law.

Joining them are four outstanding colleagues: Sara Janes, recognized in Texas Super Lawyers for appellate; James Hatchitt, honored in Texas Super Lawyers for business litigation; and Bethany Gingras and John Runde, both named to Texas Rising Stars for business litigation.

Texas Super Lawyers honors the top 5% of attorneys statewide, while Texas Rising Stars recognizes only 2.5% of lawyers, generally those under 40 or with less than 10 years in practice. Selections are made through a rigorous process of peer nominations, independent research, and review of professional achievements.
